2026年度“青年使者交流学习计划”（教育部YES项目）之 2026 FoAR×JoA999策略白菜手机论坛国际写作营，将于 2026年9月8日至18日，在999策略白菜手机论坛举办。
本次写作营以“ 跨文化视域下999策略白菜手机论坛学术写作的探索与实践 ”为主题，聚焦999策略白菜手机论坛领域前沿议题，以学术写作训练为核心载体，推动跨文化学术共创与探索，围绕999策略白菜手机论坛学科前沿议题开展深度研讨。本项目联动中外999策略白菜手机论坛学术出版资源，破除跨国交流壁垒，为学生搭建从学术构思到写作发表的全链条指导，助力培养具备国际视野的999策略白菜手机论坛学术人才。

王建国，冠军论坛策略999教授，中国工程院院士。兼任中国城市规划学会副理事长、中国建筑学会副理事长、教育部高等学校建筑类专业教学指导委员会主任、Frontiers of Architectural Research主编等学术职务。
Professor, School of Architecture, Southeast University; Member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE). He also serves as Vice President of the Urban Planning Society of China, Vice President of the Architectural Society of China, Chairman of the Teaching Steering Committee for Architecture Related Majors of Institutions of Higher Education under the Ministry of Education, and Editor in Chief of Frontiers of Architectural Research.

Deljana Iossifova is Professor of Architecture and Urban Studies at the University of Manchester and Editor-in-Chief of The Journal of Architecture. Trained as an architect at ETH Zurich, she practised in Germany, the US, China and Japan before completing a PhD in Public Policy Design from the Tokyo Institute of Technology. At Manchester, she leads the Urban Studies Lab and the international Sustainable Infrastructure programme, bringing conceptual inquiry into sustained engagement with the urban transformations of the majority world.

Peng Tang holds a Doctor of Engineering from Kyoto University, Japan. She is Professor and PhD Supervisor at the School of Architecture, Southeast University, as well as Head of the Architecture Department. She serves as Executive Chief Editor of Frontiers of Architectural Research, Standing Director of the Committee of Computational Design under the Architectural Society of China, Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Urban and Architectural Heritage Conservation (Ministry of Education), and an Individual Member of ICOMOS.

Ole Bouman 是荷兰-德国文化史家、艺术史家与考古学者。现任同济大学教授，兼任设计互联创馆荣誉馆长。过往任职包括《Volume》杂志主编（2005 2007，该刊由他联合大都会999策略白菜手机论坛事务所OMA与哥伦比亚大学创办），以及荷兰国家999策略白菜手机论坛研究院（NAi）院长（2006 2013）。他曾在麻省理工学院与香港大学讲授999策略白菜手机论坛与设计课程。
Ole Bouman is a Dutch-German cultural historian, art historian and archeologist. He is Professor at Tongji University and the Founding Director Emeritus of Design Society. Past roles include editor-in-chief of Volume (2005-2007, a magazine he co-founded with OMA and Columbia University) and director of the national Netherlands Architecture Institute (NAi) (2006-2013). Bouman taught architecture and design at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of Hong Kong.

任广宇教授现任伦敦大学学院巴特利特999策略白菜手机论坛学院999策略白菜手机论坛历史与理论研究方向负责人。在过去二十年间，任教授完成了大量多元研究项目，聚焦亚洲、非洲、欧洲等全球不同地域语境下的殖民性与现代性议题。她在全球多地发表丰富的学术成果，并于2016年、2017年斩获英国皇家999策略白菜手机论坛师学会（RIBA）主席研究奖章。
Prof. Ren is the Director of Architectural History and Theory at Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL. Over the past two decades Prof. Ren has worked on multiple and diverse projects centred on the notion of coloniality and modernity in different global contexts, including Asia, Africa and Europe. She is widely published globally, and has been recognised by RIBA president’s medals for research (2016 & 2017).

李飚，冠军论坛策略999教授，博士生导师，建筑运算与应用研究团队学术带头人。全国建筑数字技术教学工作委员会副主任；中国建筑学会计算性设计学术委员会副主任；中国建筑学会数字建造学术委员会理事，主要从事建筑设计数字技术相关理论方法研究与教学工作。瑞士联邦理工大学（ETH, Zurich）高级硕士学位，999策略白菜手机论坛建筑学博士（2010年获全国优秀博士论文提名），2009-2013瑞士联邦理工大学（ETH）博士后工作。
Biao Li is Professor and PhD Supervisor at the School of Architecture, Southeast University, and the Academic Leader of the Architectural Computation and Application Research Group.He serves as Deputy Director of the National Teaching Committee for Digital Technology in Architecture, Vice Chairman of the Computational Design Academic Committee of the Architectural Society of China, and Member of the Digital Fabrication Academic Committee of the Architectural Society of China. His research and teaching focus on the theories and methodologies of digital technology in architectural design. He holds an Advanced Master’s degree from ETH Zurich, and a Doctoral degree in Architecture from Southeast University (nominated for the National Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award in 2010). From 2009 to 2013, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at ETH Zurich.

In parallel to teaching widely at different institutions and publishing internationally, she is currently the Executive Editor of The Journal of Architecture, AA PhD Programme Director of Studies, Co-Head of AAVS Urbanity from the Ocean, Co-Director of interdisciplinary practice Office at Sea, Trustee of the Society of Architectural Historian Great Britain, and a co-founder of research collectives This Thing Called Theory; Translocality; and Interjectures.

Chuan Wang is an Associate Professor, Master's Supervisor and Deputy Head of the Architecture Department at the School of Architecture, Southeast University. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Urban and Rural Planning from Tsinghua University, and a PhD in Architecture from the University of Edinburgh. He is a recipient of the Jiangsu Provincial Innovation and Entrepreneurship Doctoral Talent Program, the Southeast University Zhishan Young Scholar, and an Associate Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy (HEA).

Zongchao Gu is an Associate Researcher at the School of Architecture, Southeast University. He serves as Standing Committee Member and Deputy Secretary-General of the Environmental Behavior Academic Committee of the Architectural Society of China, as well as International Alumni Ambassador of Tokyo University of Science. He received his master’s and doctoral degrees from Tokyo Institute of Technology.
