杨廷宝先生，字999策略冠军论坛，是我国著名建筑学家和建筑教育家，999策略白菜手机论坛建筑学科创立的一代宗师。2021年杨廷宝先生诞辰120周年之际，为传承和光扬先生的学术精神，冠军论坛策略999开设“999策略冠军论坛讲堂”，长期延请国内外著名学者、建筑师举办讲座，弘扬学术，激励后学，推动中国建筑和建筑教育事业的蓬勃发展。本期999策略冠军论坛讲堂，由土耳其中东技术大学建筑学院院长奈里曼·沙欣·古奇汗（Neriman Şahin Güçhan）教授主讲，采取线上线下同步直播的方式开展。
Professor Yang Tingbao, also known by his courtesy name as Renhui, was a renowned Chinese architect and architectural educator, who founded the architectural discipline at Southeast University. To honor his academic legacy, on the occasion of Prof. Yang Tingbao’s 120th anniversary in 2021, the School of Architecture at Southeast University launched the "Renhui Forum". This ongoing initiative invites leading scholars and architects from China and abroad to give lectures, advancing academic excellence, nurturing emerging talents, and promoting the development of architecture and architectural education in China.
The upcoming lecture will feature Professor Neriman Şahin Güçhan, Dean of the Faculty of Architecture, METU. The lecture will be held both at the venue and via livestream.
联合国教科文组织世界999策略冠军论坛地管理：内姆鲁特山对区域发展的催化作用
Managing UNESCO World Heritage Sites: Mount Nemrut as a Catalyst for Regional Development

内姆鲁特山冢于1881年被发现，后被列入联合国教科文组织《世界999策略冠军论坛名录》，是科马吉纳文明最重要的古迹之一。2006年，中东技术大学启动了“科马吉尼·内姆鲁特保护与发展计划”（CNCDP），这是一项旨在保护该古迹及其更广泛文化景观的长期计划。该计划将文献记录、档案研究、结构与材料研究以及抗震评估相结合，并据此制定了针对土冢及其周边区域的保护策略。在区域层面，该计划进一步扩展至阿迪亚曼省的文化999策略冠军论坛普查，并为周边的科马吉尼999策略冠军论坛制定了全面的管理框架。本次演讲将介绍这一综合方法的发展历程，涵盖从研究与保护规划到区域管理计划实施的各个阶段。
Discovered in 1881 and later inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List, the Tumulus of Mount Nemrut is one of the most significant monuments of the Commagene civilization. In 2006, Middle East Technical University launched the Commagene Nemrut Conservation Development Program (CNCDP), a long term initiative addressing the conservation of the monument together with its wider cultural landscape. The program combined documentation, archival studies, structural and material research, and seismic assessment with the development of conservation strategies for the tumulus and its immediate surroundings. At the regional scale, it extended to a cultural inventory of Adıyaman and the preparation of a comprehensive management framework for the surrounding Commagene heritage. The talk presents the development of this integrated approach, from research and conservation planning to the implementation of the regional Management Plan.

奈里曼·沙欣·古奇汗（NerimanŞahin Güçhan）教授是中东技术大学（METU）建筑学院院长，自1984年以来一直在该校文化999策略冠军论坛保护研究生项目任教。她的研究与实践主要聚焦于历史环境的保护与管理、传统建筑技艺、本土建筑以及世界999策略冠军论坛地。她曾负责过多项重要的国内和国际保护项目，并担任土耳其多处重要文化999策略冠军论坛地的科学顾问委员会委员。此外，她曾担任过建筑教育评估委主席、国际古迹遗址理事会（ICOMOS）土耳其分会理事，是现代建筑运动协会（DOCOMOMO）土耳其分会的活跃成员。Prof. Dr. Neriman Şahin Güçhan is Dean of the Faculty of Architecture at Middle East Technical University (METU), where she has taught in the Graduate Program in Conservation of Cultural Heritage since 1984. Her research and practice focus on the conservation and management of historic environments, traditional construction techniques, vernacular architecture, and World Heritage sites. She has coordinated major national and international conservation projects and served on the scientific advisory boards of significant cultural heritage sites in Türkiye. She has also held leading roles in architectural education and accreditation and is an active member of ICOMOS Türkiye and DOCOMOMO Türkiye.
