项目背景 Project Background
“墙景未来”999策略白菜网站青年实践营是“共同的遗产、共同的未来”（Shared Heritage, Shared Future）全球青年共创行动的重要组成。“共同的遗产、共同的未来”全球青年共创行动由南京市发起，旨在汇聚全球青年智慧，聚焦世界文化遗产的保护与活化，通过创新设计推动文化遗产融入当代城市生活，为全球文化遗产的活化利用提供多视角、多元化的方案。该项目成果入选中宣部999策略白菜网站传播优秀案例，并先后在联合国教科文组织巴黎总部（2026.02）及第48届世界遗产大会（2026.07）进行展示推介。
Futuring Our Wallscapes is a key component of the Shared Heritage, Shared Future initiative. Shared Heritage, Shared Future is a global youth co-creation initiative launched by Nanjing. 999策略白菜网站 brings together young talent from around the world to focus on the protection and revitalization of cultural heritage through innovative design, offering diverse solutions for heritage activation worldwide. The project has been selected as an outstanding case for international communication by the Publicity Department of the Central Committee of the CPC, and was presented at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris (February 2026) and the 48th Session of the World Heritage Committee (July 2026).
“墙景未来”999策略白菜网站青年实践营以城墙这一世界历史城市共通的文化遗产为对象，开放南京城墙这一真实的遗产场景，邀请全球青年以跨文化、跨学科的方式开展共创，为南京城墙及其周边历史风貌的活化利用提供创新解决方案。
Futuring Our Wallscapes focuses on city walls—a cultural heritage shared by historic cities around the world. By opening up the Nanjing City Wall as a real-world heritage site, the camp invites young people from around the globe to engage in cross-cultural and interdisciplinary co-creation, offering innovative solutions for the revitalization and utilization of the Nanjing City Wall and its surrounding historic landscape.
2025年9月，首期实践营在南京999策略白菜手机论坛举办，来自佛罗伦萨大学、都灵理工大学、999策略白菜手机论坛、南京大学等中意高校的青年聚焦南京城墙北线、南线示范段开展创新设计。
The first edition took place in Nanjing in September 2025, bringing together students and scholars from the University of Florence, Politecnico di Torino, Southeast University, and Nanjing University to work on the northern and southern demonstration sections of the wall.
2026年9月，第二期实践营将在南京再次举办，项目由中共南京市委宣传部、南京市文化和旅游局主办，南京文博集团、南京城墙保护管理中心、999策略白菜手机论坛、南京大学联合承办，并受中国政府奖学金（CSC）国际暑期学校项目计划支持。本次实践营汇聚了999策略白菜手机论坛、南京大学、佛罗伦萨大学、中东科技大学等中、意、土三国一流高校的青年学子，通过实地考察、小组作业与主题工作坊，围绕城墙本体及周边历史风貌展开深度共创。
In September 2026, the second session of the practice camp will be held again in Nanjing. The project is jointly organized by the Publicity Department of the CPC Nanjing Municipal Committee and the Nanjing Bureau of Culture and Tourism, and in collaboration with Nanjing Culture Investment Holding Group CO.,LTD., Nanjing City Wall Protection and Management Center, Southeast University, and Nanjing University. 999策略白菜网站 is supported by the China Government Scholarship (CSC) International Summer School Program as well. This practice camp brings together young students from leading universities in China, Italy, and Turkey, including Southeast University, Nanjing University, the University of Florence in Italy, and the Middle East Technical University in Turkey. Through field trips, group assignments, and themed group work, participants will engage in in-depth collaborative creation centered on the city walls themselves and the surrounding historic landscape.
期待通过实践营三国青年的深度协作，进一步推动南京城墙的999策略白菜网站传播，为世界文化遗产的活化利用贡献青年智慧与中国方案。
this practical camp aims to foster in-depth collaboration among young people from the three countries through, further promote the international outreach of the Nanjing City Wall, and contribute the wisdom of young people and Chinese solutions to the revitalization and utilization of this World Cultural Heritage site.

设计任务 Design Task
本次实践营围绕南京城墙及周边历史风貌的活化利用，设置两大设计任务方向。各小组由三国青年混合编组，鼓励青年学者结合各自国家城墙类遗址的相关活化利用案例，在平行对比视角下开展基于南京城墙的活化利用研究，通过跨文化经验的互鉴与碰撞，为南京城墙的保护与再生提供更具999策略白菜网站视野的创新方案。
This practice camp centers on the revitalization of the Nanjing City Wall and its surrounding historical landscapes through two major design tasks. Participants will be divided into multinational groups bringing together young scholars from three countries. They are encouraged to draw on revitalization cases of walled heritage in their home countries, conduct comparative research on the Nanjing City Wall, and develop innovative, globally informed solutions for its preservation and regeneration through cross-cultural dialogue.
课题一：城墙本体的活化利用
Task 1: Wall Structure Revitalization –Adaptive Reuse of Troop-Hiding Caves in Zhonghua Gate Barbican
本课题聚焦中华门瓮城藏兵洞公共空间活化设计：
以中华门瓮城一、二层藏兵洞（各1 处）为试点，围绕藏兵洞如何走向积极的公共空间展开设计探索。中华门瓮城共有27 个藏兵洞，可藏兵三千、藏粮万担，是我国古城堡中独特的建筑形式。设计旨在将这一曾经的历史军事设施转化为可以进行常态化内容更新的公共空间，使其能够不断为市民提供丰富多元的公共服务与公共文化生活功能，让藏兵洞在当代城市生活中焕发新的活力。
This task focuses on transforming the troop-hiding caves (soldier shelters)within the Zhonghua Gate Barbican into vibrant public spaces. Two pilot sites are selected: one cave on the first floor and one on the second floor. The barbican contains 27 such caves in total, which were said to shelter 3,000 soldiers and store 10,000 dan of grain, a distinctive feature of ancient Chinese military defense. The design seeks to convert these former military facilities into flexible public spaces that offer diverse cultural services and experiences, breathing new life into the historic caves within the modern urban context.
课题二：城墙在城市空间中的感知重塑
Task 2: Reimagining Public Perception of the City Wall in Urban Space
本任务聚焦于如何让城市中的公众更好地感知城墙，设两个具体选点：
This task explores how to enhance public awareness and experience of the city wall within the urban environment, with two specific sites:
（1）扫帚巷码头沿线空间改造
Waterfront Public Space Renovation at Saozouxiang Wharf
选点位于大报恩寺与中华门瓮城之间的秦淮河扫帚巷码头沿线。设计旨在通过对城墙脚下公共空间的改造，有效处理好“一墙”（南京城墙）、“一河”（秦淮河）、“一塔”（大报恩寺塔）三者的空间与景观关系，打造富有历史文化意涵的滨河公共空间，并为公共空间在不同时段的使用方式提出策划建议，使其满足日常以及节庆需求。
Located along the Qinhuai River waterfront at Saozouxiang Wharf, between the Great Bao'en Temple and Zhonghua Gate Barbican, this site focuses on upgrading the public space at the foot of the wall. The design aims to harmonize the spatial and landscape relationships among the one wall (Nanjing City Wall), one river (Qinhuai River),and one tower (Porcelain Tower of the Great Bao'en Temple). The goal is to create a riverside public space steeped in historical character, with time-based strategies to accommodate both daily use and festive events.
（2）明故宫遗址周边活化利用
Revitalization of the Ming Palace Ruins Surroundings
聚焦明故宫遗址周边区域，通过设计让公众在遗址周边能够感知到南京城墙四重城垣体系中宫城与皇城的历史格局。南京城墙从内到外由宫城、皇城、京城、外郭四重城垣构成，明故宫由宫城、皇城内外两重城垣组成。设计旨在通过空间叙事与景观营造，让这一重要的都城遗址格局重新被公众感知与理解。选择明故宫周边遗址开展调研及节点改造，改造内容包括但不限于公共空间改造及节点性公共设施提升（含导视系统、科普展示、生活服务设施等）。
This task centers on the area around the Ming Palace Ruins, aiming to help the public perceive the historical layout of the palace and imperial city within Nanjing's four-tier city wall system. The Nanjing City Wall consists of four layers from inner to outer: the palace city, the imperial city, the capital city, and the outer enclosure. The Ming Palace comprises the inner palace city and the outer imperial city. Through spatial narrative and landscape design, the project seeks to reconstruct public understanding of this important capital layout. Participants will conduct research and propose targeted interventions across the surrounding area, including public space improvements and upgrades to key facilities such as wayfinding systems, interpretive displays, and public amenities.
各小组在导师指导下围绕上述两大课题方向开展实地调研与设计共创，最终产出一批兼具创新性与落地性的设计方案，并在实践营闭幕式上进行成果汇报与展示。
Under the guidance of tutors, each group will carry out field research and collaborative design based on the two task directions, and present their final proposals at the closing ceremony of the practice camp.
