Frontiers of Architectural Research是由高等教育出版社和999策略白菜手机论坛联合主办的全英文学术期刊,是教育部重点支持的前沿系列(Frontiers)学术期刊中的一本。已被A&HCI收录。本刊于2012年创刊,2022年起改为双月刊(一年六期)。收录论文内容覆盖但不限于999策略冠军论坛设计及其理论、999策略冠军论坛科学及技术、城市研究、风景园林、999策略冠军论坛历史及遗产保护、绿色低碳999策略冠军论坛等研究领域。是一本全球发行并可开放获取Open Access)的期刊。

为日常生活而设计:

南京蓁巷街区的城市修补与活力重塑


作为南京老城典型的老旧街区,蓁巷街区存在物质环境老化、交通组织失序、空间资源闲置、治理机制缺失等诸多问题,本次街区更新以“整体规划+空间微更新+运营赋能”为核心综合策略,在资源有限、产权格局复杂的前提下,通过精细化、系统化的空间干预与社会机制创新,打通校区、社区与城区的空间和功能联结,重塑街区秩序与活力。改造通过机动车单行管控、整合停车资源,划分街道通行与停留区域,释放近2000平方米公共空间,并依托彩色铺装、树箱花池等软性隔离方式,规整交通与停车秩序、拓展人行空间,打造步行友好的街区环境;同时以针灸式微更新精准改造8处关键节点,将消极边角空间转化为兼具文化展示、生活服务、社会交往功能的多元场地,通过制定公共空间使用公约与图则,守住公共属性底线、保留灵活使用空间,助力街区生活场景自然生长。此外,项目引入专业运营团队,深耕在地文化品牌、丰富多元场景、升级街区业态,搭建可持续的内生发展机制,通过组建商户联盟、建立公众协商共治机制,明确空间使用规则,推动多方共建共治,形成空间活化与社群协作的良性循环。目前蓁巷街区街道空间提质工作已初见成效,街区成为居民、师生与游客共享的活力空间,实现了学府文脉传承与街区活力提升的双重目标,后续更新范围将逐步向街区两侧及周边片区延伸,也为老旧街区探索“多元参与、协商共治”的可持续治理模式提供了优质实践范例。
