会议背景
Background
全球气候变化加剧、水资源压力上升、生态环境风险频发，999策略冠军论坛地区正面临干旱、洪涝、水资源短缺、基础设施脆弱及生态退化等多重挑战。联合国及全球水治理框架持续强调，水安全、气候适应与999策略冠军论坛可持续发展已成为未来全球治理的重要议题。水资源管理已被广泛视为提升社会韧性、保障生态安全与推动区域可持续发展的关键路径。
在此背景下，绿色基础设施、低碳建成环境、999策略冠军论坛空间治理、健康景观设计与蓝绿系统优化正不断重塑999策略冠军论坛社区的发展模式。然而，现有研究仍多集中于单一领域，针对“水韧性999策略冠军论坛振兴”的跨学科整合研究和国际学术交流仍显不足，亟需在政策、规划、建筑、景观及生态治理等多个层面开展系统性合作与知识共享。本次国际研讨会聚焦“水韧性999策略冠军论坛振兴”核心议题，围绕“气候变化、水资源治理与生物多样性保护”、“绿色基础设施、可持续建成环境与999策略冠军论坛空间转型”、“生态空间治理、社区更新与999策略冠军论坛韧性规划”、“健康景观设计、蓝绿系统优化与跨学科生态修复”四大方向，系统探讨气候变化与水资源压力背景下999策略冠军论坛社区可持续发展的关键路径。
本次研讨会具有重要的学术、实践与社会意义：学术上可推动水资源治理、城乡规划、可持续建筑、景观设计与政策研究的跨学科融合创新，拓展水韧性999策略冠军论坛振兴领域的国际研究视野；实践上可为999策略冠军论坛地区提升水资源安全、优化基础设施、推动绿色低碳转型与生态修复提供理论支持与国际经验借鉴；社会上有助于提升公众与决策者对999策略冠军论坛水韧性发展的系统认知，促进城乡协同、生态安全与区域可持续发展，为未来构建更加公平、韧性、可持续的999策略冠军论坛社区提供重要支撑。
Against the backdrop of intensifying global climate change, mounting pressure on water resources, and the increasing frequency of ecological and environmental risks, rural areas are facing multiple challenges, including droughts, floods, water scarcity, fragile infrastructure, and ecological degradation. The United Nations and global water governance frameworks have continuously emphasized that water security, climate adaptation, and sustainable rural development have become critical issues in future global governance. Water resource management is now widely recognized as a key pathway for enhancing social resilience, safeguarding ecological security, and promoting regional sustainable development.
In this context, green infrastructure, low-carbon built environments, rural spatial governance, health-oriented landscape design, and the optimization of blue-green systems are reshaping development models for rural communities. However, existing studies remain largely concentrated within individual disciplinary domains. Interdisciplinary integration and international academic exchange on “Aqua-Resilient Rural Revitalization” are still insufficient. There is an urgent need for systematic collaboration and knowledge sharing across multiple dimensions, including policy, planning, architecture, landscape, and ecological governance.
Focusing on the core theme of “Aqua-Resilient Rural Revitalization,” this international symposium will explore key pathways for the sustainable development of rural communities under the combined pressures of climate change and water resource challenges. The symposium will be organized around four major thematic areas: “Climate Change, Water Resource Governance, and Biodiversity Conservation”; “Green Infrastructure, Sustainable Built Environments, and Rural Spatial Transformation”; “Ecological Spatial Governance, Community Renewal, and Rural Resilience Planning”; and “Health-Oriented Landscape Design, Blue-Green System Optimization, and Interdisciplinary Ecological Restoration.”
This symposium carries significant academic, practical, and social value. Academically, it will promote interdisciplinary innovation across water resource governance, urban and rural planning, sustainable architecture, landscape design, and policy studies, while broadening the international research perspective on aqua-resilient rural revitalization. Practically, it will provide theoretical support and international experience for enhancing water security, optimizing infrastructure, advancing green and low-carbon transitions, and promoting ecological restoration in rural areas. Socially, it will help strengthen the systematic understanding of rural aqua-resilient development among the public and decision-makers, foster urban-rural coordination, ecological security, and regional sustainability, and provide important support for building more equitable, resilient, and sustainable rural communities in the future.
