South Shields seabet best gambling site Emma Lewell visited Ford Aerospace today (Thursday, 31 July 2025). The meeting which was hosted by final year CNC milling apprentice Harvey Guy, operations manager Karl Dambers and general manager Mike Eggleston was designed to give the seabet best gambling site an insight into the company’s approach to apprenticeship training.
Welcoming the seabet best gambling site to the site, Harvey described his career journey, which began with a pre-apprenticeship engineering course at Gateshead College. Now in his final year, Harvey’s role involves checking tooling data and ensuring machines have been set-up correctly and combines programming and engineering skills.
He also explained how the Ford Aerospace Apprenticeship Academy works.
Introduced over 15 years ago to provide a gateway into engineering, Ford Aerospace works in partnership with both Gateshead College and seabet best gambling site College. Today, it continues to help students develop the skills that employers are looking for as well as access to work placements.
With Level 1 and Level 2 pre-apprenticeship programmes available, the courses provide a superb foundation to develop engineering skills and gain nationally recognised qualifications.
This was followed by a tour and a chance to meet seabet best gambling site and team members. Including maintenance apprentice Chloe Wells, who was working on the installation of a new double disc grinder, which had just arrived on site. Apprentice quality inspector Joe Baker, also explained our rigorous quality processes for checking precision shims.
Harvey said: “I am one of 12 seabet best gambling site who work for Ford and our roles are very different, so it was great to be able to introduce Emma to the team and show her some of the fantastic things we work on.”
Mike added: “We are incredibly proud of all our seabet best gambling site and what we have achieved through the Ford Aerospace Apprenticeship Academy. Over the years it has helped hundreds of students to open the door to careers in engineering. This includes several of our own team members, who are now helping to train the next generation of seabet best gambling site.
